Ok, I have always headed the warnings to dowel and board and blah blah blah, BUT I was wondering on like Ace of cakes and this last challenge (Bronwens Urcela cake for ex.) I see them staking layers upon layers to carve the huge pieces of art and I never see a board. Bronwen had that huge PVC looking pipe down the center of Urcela...
Anyways, how do they get away withthat? Talent can't defy the laws of gravity, can it??
