I just joined the website 9 days ago, and I am already addicted!! Until I joined, I had never heard of MMF. I got the recipe off the website and tried it today. (See below...) I am still a novice with fondant, but I LOVE MMF!! It is great to work with, cheap to make, and tastes so much better than the Wilton stuff! Thanks for all the great recipes, tips, and ideas. I have learned more in the last week and a half than in the 4 years I have been decorating cakes.

I am new to cake decorating too and am still very "wet behind the ears". But I agree with you, this site is VERY educational!! I have gotten soooo many good recipes and soooo much good advice and tips for people here, I feel that I've gotten a masters straight from "Cake Central U!"
