I am trying to get a straight black colour.
I am looking for an actual adult male cake pan that stands up not a side view type.

I have never seen a 3-D pan of this type. The only thing I have seen is a character pan by wilton that I think is called handsome guy. You might check online to see if you can locate any pics. Sorry I could not be of more help!

To get black, you can start with chocolate and then add black coloring. Keep adding black until you get a charcoal grey color then let the icing set. The color will darken.

For the cake, do you want it to look like a bust of a man? I haven't seen a cake pan like this either but you could use these instructions for a spiderman bust and try making a man out of it.
