HI I want to make an icing that has whipped cream in it or one that has creamcheese it it. I see some in the recipies page but I was wondering if this is good for decorating with? I know that they would both have to me refridgerated which is fine but I am looking for an icing that is not so sweet like buttercream. Any suggestions?

Try the cream cheese. Or if you have stabilizer, the whipped cream would be okay.

here is my opinion:
if you are looking for an icing that is less sweet, opt for the Italian buttercream; it takes a bit longer to make, but it has less sugar, and keeps very well;I also think it tastes much better & has a much nicer texture than most buttercream icings;
I love whipped cream too, but you need to use a stablizer with it & it will not hold up as long. Hope this gives you another option to consider.
Ciao
