Unfortunately, we shouldn't post the pics unless it of our own cakes. I have over 200 that I took. I burned them onto a CD. You might check ICES.org to see if they have posted any yet.

This was my first convention, so I guess I was a little intimidated to take a cake. I definitely will next year. My friend that went with me this year is probably going next year (she's a non-caker but helps with other things such as making pearls, dipping strawberries).

I have heard so much about the deals the vendors give on the last day that we have decided not to fly to Nebraska. We are going to drive (can you say...NUTS!!!) I am going to load up on the "Last Day Deals".

About the only pics I could share are the ones of the hotel, since I didn't have a cake in the corral. Sorry--because the cakes were fantastic.
