We just moved to the Harrisburg, PA area from Alaska. Does anyone know of any classes, etc in the area? Bakery positions open?
thanks!

Unfortunately I don't know of any classes or bakery positions in Harrisburg, but I just wanted to say welcome to PA. I am just south of you, in Lancaster. I'm guessing that it is quite different here from Alaska.

Welcome to PA!

Michael's (Arts and Crafts) and AC Moore usually have Wilton classes. The store websites show what the upcoming classes are and if none are listed, you can always call.

Hope this helps!

Welcome...You can take the Wilton classes at almost any of the Michaels or AC Moore's in the area - There's a big Michaels on Rte 22 near the Target & Kohls. There are some good bakeries in the area although I'm not sure if they are hiring or not... When I first started out years ago I worked at Giant - It's very basic but it helps build speed & production. They pay pretty decently for a grocery store too. Good Luck!!
