What kind of wire do you all use when you have fondant accents coming out of your cakes?? Like little flowers.Does this make sense?
I use floral wire. The thinner the wire the bigger the number. For instance 28 bends on it's own accord it is so thin, whereas 18 gauge could hold up elephant, (well not really) but it is strong. HTH
