I have a castle cake to do for a birthday party for Sunday. They want to pick the cake up Friday around noon. This means I will have to make the cake tomorrow. My question is, Will the cake still be good by Sunday? I would rather deliver it but they live about 45 minutes away & my daughters b-day party is Saturday? What should I do?

It will definitely be good. Don't worry - this way it will be done and out of the way!

Are you covering it in fondant or icing? Fondant will hold in the moisture for the cake up to 5 days! Icing castles are just hard to saran wrap icon_biggrin.gif
