can i just add cocoa powder to exsisting recipe???


and does anyone know if i can use both the cake mix extender formula and the pudding mix and extra egg trick both in one recipe???

thanks in advance for any help.

God i love this site- it's like having my pastry professor with me at all times!

I use the Wilton recipe for chocolate buttercream.

I've subbed some cocoa in my recipe with great success! Just use the Odessa's crusing buttercream recipe from this site (but I do 1/2 sweet and 1/2 salted butter), and sub out 1 cup psugar for 1 cup Hershey's cocoa powder. It's even better if you use strong coffee instead of milk/water. HTH!
