I just did my first color flow and have to admit I wasn't impressed with it. I didn't like how it smelled or tasted, and am having a hard time justifying why I would spend so much time and effort on something that I wouldn't recommend that people eat (or would eat myself!) Is there some way to make it taste better? Or are FBCTs the way to go, or cookies, or molded chocolate? And would cookies get too soggy if they're right on the buttercream? TIA!!

chocolate transfers...

method like color flow...

but use melted chocolate.

firms up hard enough to stand up (of course will droop in heat)

and so tasty too!

WBH has examples and instructions.

yeah, I dont think most people would eat color flow-kind of like royal icing decorations. While you CAN eat it, nobody but a kid would probably enjoy it! I love FBCT, very easy and they look (and taste) great too! I am still getting the hang of the chocolate transfers. They have frustrated me a bit, but I am sure I will get the hang of them. A lot of people think they are easier than FBCT, but I dont!!
