Well I decided to try making yet ANOTHER batch of cupcakes, figuring they would do like they always do, sink in the middle. They turned out perfect!! Wooohooooo!!! icon_biggrin.gif Granted, my decorating leaves little to be desired (I'm just beginning to practice) but nevertheless, they turned out great.

I think maybe the reason they didn't sink this time is because I didn't overmix (which I sometimes have a tendency to do if I'm not careful) and I didn't overfill my liners. Then again, I have made sure I was paying attention to my mixing all and they still sank on me. Whatever I did, it worked and I'm going to make sure I do it again.
