How do you make an Ice Cream Cake without the icecream melting all over the place?

Thank you Cocakedecorator for posting the link. There seems to always be something out there that I want to try that I didn't even know I wanted to try. icon_lol.gif The directions seem simple enough that it's going in my "Want to try someday" list.
