Hi there,
a friend of mine has asked me to make the Colette Peters fish cake that is so popular. I bake and decorate for a hobby so I dont take payment. She wants to pay me and she says not just for the ingredients either. How much would you charge?

i am not familiar w/ the cake so don't know how labor intense it is. but a common pricing is to add up the cost of all the materials and ingredients and multiply that by 3. if it is extremly labor intensive up the price. your time is worth the extra money. icon_smile.gif

I charge any where from $2.00 to $3.00 per serving. I don't add any extra money to the overall price for special stuff. That's just me. Good luck!!!
