So, I would like to try baking a BIG cut out cookie using NFSC... have any of you done this before? How do I bake it so that it bakes evenly. Any help would be appreciated!!!

THANKS!

Funnily enough, I did just that last week. I hand-cut a birthday cake shape about 15x10" and decorated it with buttercream for a little boy I know.
I just rolled it thicker than I would normally for a cut-out cookie - about 1/4", and baked it longer. In fact it was probably a little crisp on the edges and a little soft in the middle, but the kids didn't care!
It was fun - I'll do it again.
P.S. This was not with NFSC, but I think my recipe is very similar.
