Ok here is the deal I got a new job and have really been messing up and making one of the nurses look bad 
I fell just rotten i could be sick and can't get over it so i thought maybe if i could come up with a small "i'm sorry i have been making you bad" cake i might feel better.
So lets have all then wondeful ideas!!!!!!!

I really love doug's ideas - I think she/they would appreciate it, and it also has a humorous side... as well as a very yummy cake that they can enjoy. "Actions speak louder than words" - I think they'll remember forever that it meant a lot to you that you were making her look bad & how much you wanted to resolve it with her (are you really messing-up that bad though? Maybe it's not as bad as you think?) Good luck, I'd love to see your final product! =)

I love this one -- I'd simplify and use something like this...
These ideas are SO FUNNY! =) So, another image popped into my head, you can try & draw yourself on top of the cake, bent over & have this shoe coming to kick your butt. ha ha! Or... a dog or little girl or something really cute, with HUGE cartoonish, watery eyes that just says "I'm sorry". The "Loser" image above is great though, ha ha!
There's a lot of cute things in there. I think if you are taking it to work, you probably shouldn't do the donkey renditions.
