Making Coral Out Of White Chocolate. How Is The Easiest Way?

I remember reading in the forum something about making coral with ice and can't find it. Please help or tell me how it is done. I'm out of control with decorations and can't stop now.

HELP!!!

Thank you soooo much. Thats exactly what I was looking for . Sure hope it works, if not I'll re- melt the choclate and try again.

I made the sea shells with ice cube molds I bought and didn't fill them to the top. Used white, coral, light chocolate melts and swirled them together. Then put pearl dust on them. Turned out great for a first timer.
