3D Or Fondant Baby - Large Size

Has anyone made a 3D or fondant baby? About 4 inches tall?
I have the stand up mini bear pan that i guess i can use for this. But i'm not sure if i wanna do it. Or if it's just easier to make a 4 inch Fondant baby. What do you think? any opinions?
I'm currently looking at baby cakes here on CC to see if i find something. but babies are usually mini.

I did make a baby - but it was only about 2 inches big....but I think it could easily be made bigger. I'd suggest looking for one that you like and super sizing it.... it is in my pictures....the only one with a baby on top....haha.
