Alpine High Ratio Shortening, Triad, Nc

Hi
Anyone from the Triad in NC know where I can by Alpine High Ratio Shortening? I live in High Point and am willing to travel to GBO. The person I am asking for will travel to WS. She was my Wilton instructor. I Googled Alpine so I could get a vendor list, but could not find the company. I found tons of information on mountains, tunnels and skiing, but that will not decorate a cake. We want Alpine.
Thanks in advance.

I've been desperate to find it down here in GA as well with no luck yet. I have resigned myself to the fact that I will just need to order it off of the internet. You can get 3 pound of hi-ratio shortening for $7 and change from www.countrykitchensa.com. HTH! ![]()
Edited to add: You can also buy Alpine from www.thebakerskitchen.com by the pound ($1.69 per lb.).
Hi Mary,
I live just outside of High Point and while I was looking for cake supplies today I found Alpine at Crawford's Creations in High Point. I haven't been there yet, but did see it online in their list of supplies for sale. It's $4.50 for 5 lbs. Hope that helps!
