i am 1 egg short on my 1/2 sheet cake( 3 mixes) icon_mad.gificon_mad.gif !! will merinque powder work in place of the 1 egg?? if so how much!!! please respond asap!!! i need to get this cake done!! icon_cry.gificon_biggrin.gif

2 tsp. meringue powder + 2 Tbsp. water = 1 egg white

thank you sooooooooo much for answering!! i dont have the wilton brand meringue and the rand i do have only has the directions for making merinque or royal icing. !! thank you so much again you saved me alot of gas!!! thumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gif
