Mini Cupcakes ??

Is there a recipe or something I could add to a basic cake mix for mini cupcakes ?? They seem to dry out so quickly. I have to do a surprise wedding shower at an office on Thursday, so I would need to bake these tomorrow so I would have time to frost.

You can use the regular "doctoring" methods for mini cupcakes just like you do for regular cakes.

Doctoring is what i do with mini cupcakes...but i also put them in a n airtight container and freeze them until delivery.
