High Quality Cocoa Powder?

What's the best cocoa powder you have used? I know that the best quality is the best but I'm not sure which brand to use. The only ones that I've seen in the grocery stores are Hershey and Bakers.

Has anyone tried Valrhona? If you have, what did you think? TIA!

Best brand I've used is Ghiradelli, but usually I just stick with Hershey's cause it's easier to find.

I tried the Valrhona a long time ago, but I didn't notice enough of a difference to justify the price.

I just use the Hershey's dutch process cocoa and love it!
