Is it possible to do a topsy turvy cake with dowels to hold it in place? I read the instructions on how to do one on this site and that looks like a lot of work? I watched the cake challenge the other night and they looked like they just stacked them with dowels.

I am about to try it with dowels for a cake I have to make for Friday- I will let ya know! I am a little scared by this technique, but I am willing to try!
