50th wedding anniversary sheet cake. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome. It actually looks like the sketch I had drawn months ago when I got this order.

I used Duff's BC under Toba's fondant. Duff's BC was very easy to smooth, even for me and I haven't had much practice with it. The other thing I tried that worked really well was the vinyl tablecloth to roll the fondant on. I couldn't believe how easy it was. The fondant went right on the cake the first try. Unbelievable!!

So here it is! Any feedback would be appreciated (good or bad).

TIA

Just talked to the anniversary couple and they said the cake was a huge hit. Everybody liked it and said it tasted really good. Also, several people asked for my name and number. Now the waiting game begins to see if I get any orders from this.

Thanks for you compliments.
