Thought This Would Be A Fun Tutorial-Stuffed Strawberrys

I know there are links similar to this on the Internet and there was a link on CC not to long ago, but this is the easiest way I have found to stuff strawberries. So many of our cakes have dipped strawberries on the side... Let me know what you think.
Step one: Cut a small "V" out of the side of a strawberry. It needs to be a large to medium one. You can use a small spoon (or a clean pinkie finger) to make to hole a little larger in order to stuff the entire inside of the berry.
Step two: I used an instant cheese cake filling, but anyone would do. Fill an icing bag with the filling. I used a large hole tip and it worked perfectly.
Step three: Fill the inside of each berry. I try and smooth everything out. Place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Step four: Dip in chocolate and refrigerate until needed. (Seen here with my daughters cake balls
)
Everyone who has tried these loved them and they are SOOO easy to make.
WOW. I am really surprised (and a little hurt
) more folks didn't reply...oh, well, ...
Justfrosting, thanks so much....they look soooo good and I just bought strawberries today....yea! ![]()
I think that the forum troubles today is the only reason more people haven't seen this!!! I did not have forum access all afternoon and half of the evening and just saw yours.....thanks again!
(maybe this will put you back out there, because more people would love your strawberries!!!!) ![]()
