I know there are links similar to this on the Internet and there was a link on CC not to long ago, but this is the easiest way I have found to stuff strawberries. So many of our cakes have dipped strawberries on the side... Let me know what you think.

Step one: Cut a small "V" out of the side of a strawberry. It needs to be a large to medium one. You can use a small spoon (or a clean pinkie finger) to make to hole a little larger in order to stuff the entire inside of the berry.

Step two: I used an instant cheese cake filling, but anyone would do. Fill an icing bag with the filling. I used a large hole tip and it worked perfectly.

Step three: Fill the inside of each berry. I try and smooth everything out. Place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Step four: Dip in chocolate and refrigerate until needed. (Seen here with my daughters cake balls icon_smile.gif)

Everyone who has tried these loved them and they are SOOO easy to make.

Thanks for posting the photos! In my mind I thought the wedge came from the bottom of the strawberry, not the side. This makes much more sense to me!
