I want to make a wedding cake but it would not be for anyone. Has anyone done this? I am assuming that you have but any suggestions.

Thanks

What size cake are you thinking about doing?
I just completed a wedding cake course that lasted 5 weeks. We did a 6" with a 10" bottom for 4 of those weeks. You can get ideas that way and I've also done 2 in Wilton courses. I think it's a great practicing tool. You wouldn't even have to go as big as 6" & 10" layer sizes if you didn't want to.

You can use styrofoam dummies if you just want to practice a certain design.
