I'm making a 3D picachu and have just covered him in MMF. I'm wondering if I can make his tail and ears from MMF or will I have to make a batch of gumpaste??

MMF Dries decently hard, but for something like a tail, you might want something sturdier, unless you make it fairly thick. I did the handle on my makeup case with fondant, and it didn't survive the trip into town, but I might have made it too thin and not given it enough drying time. icon_razz.gif I think the ears would be fine, though.

my two cents!

Yes it will, but it takes a long time. I mix 50/50 with gumpaste if I need something to be dry and hard. That way it makes the gumpaste go furthur.
