I don't know if anyone has of heard of this book but I checked it out of the Public Library and is wonderful!!!

It has a lot of recipes for cakes and step by step on carving cakes... It is really good.

I am going to see if I can get it discounted somewhere else.

The authors is Angela Nielsen, Sarah Maxwell and Janice Murfitt

Here is a link to the book. I found one at Barnes & Noble... But unless you are a member you can't get it discounted... icon_cry.gif

The more I read about it, the more I like it. I will keep looking to see if I can get it somewhere else.

The main author seems to be Janice Murfitt. She has written more books similar to this one.

I checked ebay.

They have some books by Janice Murfitt. I am not sure if they are the same one, I didn't take time to go through them all.

I also checked for the other author, Angela Nielsen, but nothing came up on her.

yep, Janice Murfitt seems to be the main one. If you also google her name, you will get a list of bookstores that have her books...

The one titled First Steps in Cake Decorating looks interesting too. A new one was published on Feb 2005.

Try Amazon.com or maybe even half.com. I get alot of discounted books from either place. If you have and Ollie's they have alot of books also, but they are just a hit and miss not guarantee what they have.

This is a web site that I have found that lists the books at different stores and their costs. Might be of some help.
