I spoke w/manager at Office Max this afternoon. She said she'd give me another one if I bring in the broken one and my receipt. That was VERY NICE of her. So I'm off to town once the kids wake up. I've got the crazy thing loaded up and ready to go!

Again thanks for all your help, Lisa. I see you live in Nashville. We try to make down every year at Christmas and stay at the Opryland hotel. I just love it there at Christmas. It's a wonderful city.

I love Opryland at Christmas! Beautiful! DH's holiday party was there last year.

Got the new printer installed. Guess what....it's acting like my ink cartridges are empty! I ordered a chip resetter yesterday. Haven't been able to find the on-line software for the CX4800. Oh well, another way God is teaching me to be PATIENT!
