I have some questions. Is Cannon printers the only ones you can use to create the edible images with? What is needed to create the images? I think I read that you need sugar sheets and the edible ink. Do you have to have a scanner? Can you use your computer to get the images you need?

I Thank you now Ladies!(smile)

OK, I am attempting to answer this with what I know...Lisa is the expert there! She has a book on ebay you can buy telling you everything.
ANYWAY BTTQ~
Yes canon is the only company that the edible ink cartridges are made for.
Yes you can use your computer for pictures, and
No you dont need to have a scanner. icon_lol.gif But a scanner will further your abilities to do more with edible imaging... See with edible images, you find a picture say on the internet, or from your computer and put it on the frosting sheets/rice paper etc. If you have a scanner, a customer can bring you a picture of what they want on the cake and you scan it into your computer and then onto frosting sheets. The only other way to do something like that would be for the customer to email you a picture they want on the cake, then you can take it from there.

You did really good with your answers, Flavy!

I just recently bought my Canon IP3000 from Amazon.com, got a really good deal there! Supplies from Kopykake.com. Janice
