Hi everyone. I'd like to try to do icing scrolls on the sides of a cake im doing, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I was wondering if anyone could give me a little guidance? I was mostly curious about what type of icing is best to use? I know with some of the Lace patterns you use stiff BC..would this apply to the scrolls also?

Thanks in advance!!

I'd like to know too! I know you can buy the pattern press sets to make the scrolls though - I think I'd have to do that - otherwise my scrolls could end up looking scary......
