The only place that I know of is Michaels or Joanne Fabric. Unless something has moved in recently. You might be able to buy stuff off of Potters....but that might be a stretch.
(I grew up in TC and still have family there....if you we wondering!)

I was to Traverse City a couple years ago for a convention at Boyne Highlands... The kicker is how far you want to travel... There is a decent sized one in the UP that is located basically at the tip of WI/UP on the main road that connects the UP with Mainland, MI... Otherwise, check the phone books.. You never know where one will spring up..
