I have a request for a cake that will need to be completely decorated the week before and then frozen until the party. It will have to be frozen for one week. I am afraid of doing bright colors in BC because when it is thawed, it will bleed. I am wondering if I can do the decorating in candy melts (like a chocolate transfer and chocolate string work) and it hold up in the thawing process. Anyone with advice would be helpful!
