if you covered the dummies in saran wrap, just peel it off. if not, i think you can hose it off with water, since royal is pretty much just sugar.

I have rinsed royal icing off my dummies. Just hosed it off with the sprayer in the sink. Had to scrub just a little.

You sure can! When I use dummies I wrap them with seran wrap first. Then decorate them with buttercream, fondant, royal. Anything you normally cover a cake with. The only thing you have to be careful with is if you want it on display for awhile, Some buttercreams aren't good after awhile.

If you want it on display you can go with royal, buttercream, fondant, or there is Perma-Ice. Perma-Ice is made for decorating dummies that will go on display. I havent' used it, I usually just use buttercream and let it dry. Haven't had any problems

When ready to change design, just peal off the seran-wrap and wipe down with damp cloth. Re-wrap with seran-wrap and decorate again.

I haven't ordered from them, but it seems a lot of people order from Dallas-foam.com
