Has anyone ever tried marshmallow fondant over cream cheese icing, or is it best with buttercream icing?

Jennifer I haven't tried the cream cheese icing with mmf, but my own preference would be to use buttercream, I'm not sure about the cream cheese flavor with the sweetness of the mmf. If you try it be sure to let us know what you think! Janice

Thanks, Janice. I didn't know either. The lady agreed to the buttercream since I already knew that was good with MMF. I'm not brave enough!! Thanks for your reply. We're on the same page with that one. Just wondering if anyone else had tried it. icon_smile.gif

How about trying a mini sample cake to see how it works out...then you could let us all know...you'd be a HERO in the history of Cake Central!!!! thumbs_up.gif
