Has anyone figured out quantities for making smaller amounts of gumpaste. The can only gives the recipe for making the whole can at one time and that surely is a waste. Is there a chart or anything anywhere that tells the amount if I only want to make 1 cup of mix or 1/2 cup of mix etc. Thx. If not and anyone is interested maybe I will work on it.

I did but I did not keep it as I usually make it all and store in the fridge

Shake the can to loosen and fluff the mix and then measure this will give you your mix amount so then you can halve that and your water.

The can says it weighs a pound/16ozs, so I weighed out 8 ozs and used half the water called for. You could do this for any weight amount.

I always make the whole can and store the extra. It does last for a long time in a zip loc bag, then I put it back in the container.
