Hi!
icon_sad.gif
I attempted to make the MMF last night and I have a few questions. The recipe calls for 16oz of marshmallows melted with two tablespoons of waterno problemthen it calls for 2lbs confectioners sugarwhich is 8 cups and continue kneading until mixed thoroughly. My problem came in with the kneadingI couldnt get all that sugar to incorporate with the marshmallows. What did I do wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!
Peggy

I use my mixer with the mmf and use the kneaders and it comes out great! icon_biggrin.gif

Also remember to add half the sugar first and mix, then slowly incorporate the rest. You may not use it all.

I agree, when I've made this I use about 2/3 of what they actually call for. The first time I did it I was a little frustrated because it seemed like such a waste of sugar. Now that I've done it a time or two I know not to add quite so much. Live and learn unfortunately. icon_sad.gif
