ok......i can really tell that i am getting better at my cakes.....i still have a very very long way to go....for one ,I can get my buttercream fairly smooth.........my hand writing look alot better.....some might think its not neat enough but i can tell....well i just wanted to share my good news.....
I still need to work on my neatness.....my work does not have that neat look to it so 2morrow I will pratice on my apperance........
Cute cakes! I do see the improvement! What is the fan made out of? Very cool!
Trent, you are definately getting better with every cake you do. I think Doug said something about proficiency and professionalism in one thread and you are definately becoming proficient! To be honest with you, I don't think any of us are as bad as we think we are (Our own worst critics!)... keep practicing and keep posting your cakes!
