What does adding a pudding mix and 1 more egg do to your cake? Just curious! icon_smile.gif

Oh gosh, now that I do that I will never go back!!!! They get so moist, fluffy, flavorful... oh yummm. And it thickens the batter, all the better for adding chocolate chips to suspend in the cake. *licking lips* icon_razz.gif

Sounds good, I will try this next time. Do you use instant pudding?

Yes, I use instant pudding, any flavor that compliments the cake I am making. I have read where others have accidently bought the ones you have to cook. They still put it in and said their cakes turned out fine that way too=) Jen
