I just finished this cake for my husband's new step father!! He is celebrating his 60th birthday party tomorrow and attended UNC years ago and is obviously a fan!!
It is a strawberry cake with crusting cream cheese icing (very yummy!!!) I tried a couple of new techniques, please tell me what you all think! I'm very new to cake decorating and appreciate (and need) all the help I can get!! TIA!
