I have read over and over that some of you use the big icer tip. What I did not know is how wonderful it is. I tried it for the first time today, it's been in my supplies for months, and I LOVE IT. I know that the icing is even and I know exactly how thick it is. My question is what kind of bag do you use? I only have 12 inch bags, and had to cut off a lot to fit the tip, so it wasn't very big.

Thanks in advance.

I use a 16 inch one too. I love the icer tip! There's no way that I could get the icing on my cakes smoothly without it. I'm just not very talented with a spatula! icon_biggrin.gif

16 inches! I think it recommends 16 inch or more somewhere.

Awesome! I finally bought the icer tip and a 16" bag a few days ago, looking forward to testing them out!

I use a 22" bag with my icer tip. I have tried 16" and it isn't comfortable for me. I have gone down to 18" and it is ok too.

I LOOOOVVVEEE the icer tip... I have tried quite a few times to ice my cake in otherways, and I can handle the top... but the sides... thank god for the icer tip! I have 3!
