I am getting ready to try this, but have a couple of questions.

Can you add flavorings?

Has anyone made a chocolate version?

Yep, you can add flavorings. You may need to add a bit more 10X sugar to make up for the additional liquid. And yep, you can substitute some of your 10X sugar with cocoa powder and end up with chocolate fondant!! Hope this helps!!

I used concentrated candy flavorings. You don't have to use very much so you don't need to add more sugar. Also keep in mind if your flavoring is colored this may change the color of your MMF. I made a pink "under the sea" wedding cake flavored with strawberry. Both were pink, so I didn't need to worry. I'm nor sure where you can get clear candy flavorings. Anyone else know? Thanks!

HELP!! once I have the MMF on the iced cake, how can I keep it covered. I don't need this cake until Sunday. But made it today, just to make sure I could do it.. LOL Anyhow, I don't think foil will work right? I dont have saran wrap.. Will parchment paper do? And can I stick it in the fridge until Sunday? HELP FIRST TIME WITH MMF..
Thanks!
