1 cup sifted cake flour = 7/8 cup sifted all-purpose flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour minus 1-2 tablespoon

This is from an earlier post by RodneyCK

1 cup sifted cake flour =

3/4 C (84 grams) sifted bleached AP flour + 2 T (15 grams) cornstarch

Good luck!

You can find a long article in this website http://www.joyofbaking.com/flour.html, and here is what they say:

"To substitute cake flour for all-purpose flour use 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons cake flour for every cup of all-purpose flour."

Hope it helps
