I went yesterday and purchased cake stuff from a women who was selling her business. I bought hundreds of cake toppers, rings, kits, boards, edible images, even the book of cakes you would see at a supermarket bakery on different cakes you can order. There were also boxes, wedding cakes stair cases, dummie cakes, two wedding cake stands that hold three cakes at different levels. I don't know if I have named all, but that's what I can think of.

I thought about selling some of the pics, and rings on e-bay because I don't know if I can use them all.

But anyways i give $1400 for it all. Was this a good deal or did I get burnt.

Sounds good tome if you got hundreds or them!! I think you hit the jack pot on that one!! thumbs_up.gif I think I spent about $500 on just pans, boards, tips, a spatula, colors and extracts. It was a small basket full of stuff that I got and it sounds to me you got a truck full of stuff!!!

I think you did great with all the stuff that you were able to get. It is unbelieveable how quickly all the supplies add up with this stuff... I just hope you have a place to put all the stuff... I know that I would be in heaven if I were able to do something like that, but, my DH would kill me... he said that he thinks one of these days he is going to go to the bathroom to find cake pans under the sink!

Well, since we can't see exactly what you got, if you think it was a good deal it probably was. But ask yourself how good a deal it was when you go through all of your stuff and ask yourself if you are really going to use it. For things you aren't sure on just sell it on e-bay..... no sense in letting it sit and collect dust when someone else might be able to use it.
