I made Michelle Foster fondant acouple weeks ago, red, and had alot left over that I'm "trying" to use for my dummy cake.Iposte a few days ago about my problems and tried everything you guys said. No luck. I know I added about a cup extra sugar for fear of it being too soft. Now its very crumbly w/ no stretch.The pleats at the bottom just tear apart when I try to smooth. It is pliable, Ican roll it out, but cant smooth it.I used ALOT of shotening already, about 1/4 cup + alittle glycerine. Is there something else I should add to fix, I'm going to Micheals son what should I get. I hate to waste it. ![]()
