what kind of transfer? Edible Image? Chocolate transfer sheets?
Edible images...you can find plenty of high res photos of playing cards on google and find someone local that can print them for you
I don't think they make stock chocolate transfers that are playing cards, I know that they used to have the four suit shapes but not specific cards. You'll have to do those custom too.
What exactly are you looking for, and I'm sure someone will be able to answer you more clearly.
