First off I'm not a legal baker, just do it for friends and family. A friend of the family ordered a cake for a 50th wedding anniversary due this weekend. Since I'm delivering the cake to the family, not the one that ordered the cake, can I leave a card to explain what to remove from the cake, how to cut, and my name and number so they can call if there are any questions or problems?
TIA
Nikki
Thanks for the input. I'll come up with something tonight after T-ball.
grama-j - I don't know what happened because it had been marked yes. I have fixed it though and thanks for the compliment.
Ok I have been working on my card and this is one of the paragraphs so far but I'm having difficulty with the wording. Since they weren't the ones that ordered the cake they might not know I want the board back. How can I word this so I don't sound pushy but still let them know I want this back.
"Please contact me to set up arrangements for returning the cake board or if you have any questions or concerns you may reach me at (000)000-0000"
TIA
Nikki
