I have an idea that I need some help with. I want to carve two separate roads onto the side of a cake. I've seen them here on CC. But they have only one road. I want to have a road on the front and a road on the back, then have the two roads connect on the top tier.

Thanks for help!

Do you have a link to the ones you've seen that you like? I'm a visual person and that might help!

Thank you for the help!

I saw this one and others like it:

But it has one road and I was wanting to try two. What do you think?

My thought would be that after the road rises to a tier, instead of it following the cake all around, it could turn back and angle the other direction, so it stays on the front (or the back). You could do one on the front and one on the back and they would meet at the top. It will be a sharp "curve" as it turns back, but I'm not sure how else you could do it. I hope Doug sees this thread - he has great visuals! He draws the best cake sketches!
