Hi guys. So I made a buttercream transfer. In the tutorial it says to use a spatula to pat it down so that the top will be smooth. Well, the icing sticks to my spatula. So, has anyone else had this problem? I just put some cornstarch on it, but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. Thanks.

I always put another sheet of wax paper over the top and smooth with my hands. Then I just freeze it between both pieces of wax paper and peel it off when it's ready. Never sticks and I don't worry about anything mysterious drifting onto my fbct from my freezer. icon_wink.gif
