I made dragonwarlord's BC last night and I love it!!!!!!!!!! ![]()
But, it is too soft to do roses and such.
Any suggestions on what to add to thicken it without totally changing the taste? PS or flour or cornstarch?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I would like to use this BC a lot more often!!
I love his receipe too! It is all I use now! I don't normally use the full amount of flour called for, you might try that to see if that makes it more stiff. Or maybe decrease the hot water just a little. I guess another option would be to use all-criscoe BC for the roses, or fondant or gumpaste.
Something I found out quite by accident - I didn't have any clear syrup so I used the dark - YUMMY!!!! ![]()
