I really need some help with this one. I have a customer wanting a wedding cake to feed 250+. I know this'll be a LARGE cake, which is why I wanted to ask in general how much would you charge?

The biggest question comes into play with the type of cake they want. They want several tiers, iced in buttercream, with fresh roses stuffed between each layer. Roses all the way around and between each tier. How many roses will I need to purchase to do this???? This is another first for me, and I would really appreciate any advice on how to go about this.

I've posted a picture of the look I'm going for, but with roses.
Thanks in Advance!!!

250 times $2.00 a serving for buttercream (standard rate in the milwaukee wi area) is $500 NOT including the cost of the roses. I would say you would need AT LEAST 2-3 dozen roses depending on the size of the flower head.
